Who we are

This website is run by Global Piassa (“Piassa”, “we”), operated by Ethiopia Eshete in Stockholm, Sweden. We are responsible for the personal data collected on globalpiassa.com. Questions about your data: meet@globalpiassa.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you. We use this because you asked us to get in touch.
  • Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send news about upcoming parties and early tickets. We only do this with your consent, and every email has a link to unsubscribe.
  • Cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies, which show us how the site is used, are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie Preferences” at the bottom of the site.

Tickets and other services

Tickets are sold through our official ticket partner, Onda. When you buy a ticket, Onda handles your data under its own privacy policy. The Passport page shows playlists from Spotify, and we link to our Instagram and TikTok. These services may collect data when you use them, under their own privacy policies.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. Our website and newsletter run on Squarespace, which stores form submissions and newsletter sign-ups on our behalf. Squarespace may process data outside the EU, with safeguards in place such as the EU’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than two years. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, get a copy of it, or object to how we use it. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email meet@globalpiassa.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
